To ensure your online purchase is free of stress, Craftdeal.in has a friendly return and refund policy. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase.

WHAT IS CRAFTDEAL’S RETURN POLICY?

(The products on craftdeal.in are generally organic & handmade , with a lot of hard work. Thus, a part of craftsman is present in the product itself. We have tried our best to portray each and every product as it is, to give you the real feel of the product.)

So the returns/ exchange would be accepted on the following conditions: 

Products which you received is in “Damaged/Defective/Broken condition/ wrong product”

Products not as per description/photo on the website.

Products which you may not like for color(as in product image).

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case of size discrepancy the exchange shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.

Recommendation: We recommend you to make a video of unboxing the product, so that the seller can easily verify and validate the refund.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer & policies.

SHIPPING

Once your return is approved, seller will initiate the reverse pickup and the product will be picked up from the location where it was shipped earlier.
