The second reason is that organic farmers are more likely to use a crop rotation system, which allows the topsoil to heal itself so, it is more nutritious in the new season.

The third reason is that organic food has a greater concentration of nutrients than non-organic food. The majority of fruits and vegetables you find at the grocery store are cast forth with toxic chemicals. The result is a reduction of nutrients in the vegetable or fruit.
